Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused clothing or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
